You were a great Dad.

Thankful 'cause I have your genes, 

Glad 'cause you're with God.

I left because I just needed to, 

And it doesn't mean I don't love you,

But I just need some space from you.

Sipping a cup of coffee normally starts my day

But more than that is seeing your face so heavenly,

And this adoration for you grows like an ivy

Refined through time and cultivated substantially.

To be in Paris, City of Love, is such a dream

But to be with you would make me jubilant with vim.

Admiration is never really part of a scheme.

This came naturally to me just like the sun's beam.

Our time is running fast but I have much to spend

With you, longing and loneliness are about to mend.

Unfortunately, what we've had has come to an end. 

I can't do anything but send a kiss in the wind.
