Letting You Go

Letting You Go
by Mark Jhon C. Oxillo

When I fell in love with you,
My world then turned to brand new.
I thought that you’re like heaven,
But you’re a headache in a sudden.

You said to me long time ago,
That “Change” will never be in you.
I've trusted all your words,
But why’d you left me in this world.

What had happened to us?
I thought this won’t last.
Is it all my fault,
Or you just don’t see my worth?

You are all that I wish.
You are all that I miss.
Red suddenly turned to blue,
And your love for me didn't grew.

Wherever you might around,
Just listen to this sound,
For this might let your heart awaken,
And so with your hard feeling.

But if you’re really invincible,
That the two of us is impossible,
I’m now letting you go,
‘Coz that's the best thing that I know.

Though letting you go
Is the hardest thing to do,
‘Coz in return of what I’ve done,
Just a glimpse and you’re all gone.

But even if it hurts,
I won’t make it worst.
Knowing that you’re happy now,
Makes me feel good somehow.
